Mel joined the team late 2022 as an Agribusiness Manager, bringing 20 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry with her. Mel started her career in retail banking before diverting to financial planning where she spend 13 years helping her clients grow and protect their wealth.

Mel re-entered the banking industry in 2018 and was introduced to Agribusiness in the process. She is passionate about supporting local producers and greatly enjoys her role in providing support to this amazing community.

Mel grew up in the Riverina and attended school in Wagga Wagga. She now enjoys living in Albury NSW with her young family.
