Joe joined Sprout Ag in July 2024. Following completing a Bachelor of Business (Agriculture) at Marcus Oldham College, Joe worked for a major financial institution in North Western NSW where he managed a diverse portfolio of pre & post farm gate clients. During this time, he discovered the importance of forming strong, long term business relations and working closely with clients to provide tailored debt management and financial solutions, to allow them to achieve their business goals. Growing up in the agricultural rich area of the Liverpool Plains, Joe has a strong passion for the agricultural industry with extensive practical experience in both family and corporate farming enterprises throughout the cropping and livestock industries. Joe aims to leverage his diverse background to deliver innovative solutions tailored to meet the unique challenges faced by agricultural business today and for future generations.
