Glen Simmons

Glen joined the team in 2025 after a career in rural property and water transactions across NSW, which saw him dealing and working with a large range of different farming families and businesses. Glens agricultural experience is derived from four generations of mixed farming in Central West NSW, where he grew up and worked on a dryland cropping property south-west of Narromine.

Prior to obtaining his Stock & Station license, Glen learnt the trade of marketing, logistics and grain within a milling business based in Cootamundra that serviced NSW and VIC graziers throughout the drought. In was in this role he established working relationships with farming clients and manufacturers in China.

Throughout these experiences, Glen understands that practicing excellent communication, financial and legal knowledge is imperative to achieve successful transitions for his clients. Glen holds a Graduate Certificate in Agribusiness from Marcus Oldham College.
