Troy Constance (B.Man, MBA) was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer in March 2016 to oversee the Australian operations of Sprout Agribusiness. Troy has extensive experience in large top 15 ASX financial services companies, where he has held senior leadership positions, interacting at the board and CEO level. He has led teams of over 500 people, been responsible for net profit contributions of $100 million and has experience in complicated transformational change programs. Troy also has extensive experience in corporate agribusiness investment. He has overseen the distribution network for over 15,000 family owned SME and agribusiness clients with more than $12 billion in assets.
Emma (B.Man) joined Sprout Agribusiness in November 2016 and currently serves as the Financial Controller. Having grown up on a grazing property in the New England Tablelands, Emma has a strong connection to the agricultural sector. Her passion for agribusiness is reflected in her client-focused approach and commitment to delivering exceptional service. Emma takes pride in exceeding customer expectations and consistently strives to add meaningful value through effective practice management. With more than 12 years of experience in agribusiness and business banking across Central and Northern New South Wales, she brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to her role.
Holding a B.Bus (Marketing and Agribusiness), Sophie is a skilled marketing and communications professional with experience delivering strategic campaigns within the Australian agricultural sector. With a background in an integrated agency, Sophie brings a comprehensive, and well-rounded skill set to her role. She combines industry knowledge with hands-on experience to deliver integrated campaigns, drive brand engagement and achieve measurable results. Growing up on a mixed-enterprise property in the New England, Sophie’s agricultural roots have given her a deep appreciation for the industry and the highs and lows experienced by clients. Beyond her professional expertise, she draws valuable insights from her personal interests, adding depth and creativity to her approach.
Sarah joined Sprout Ag after 10 years in retail banking with a major financial institution. With this extensive history in retail banking, Sarah found a passion for home lending and looking after clients with owner occupied and investment property home loans. Being raised in Gulargambone NSW on a mixed farming operation, Sarah understands challenges clients may face with their financial needs, especially in the agri space. Sarah takes pride in providing high levels of customer service and helping clients achieve their goals and brings to Sprout Ag a sole focus on all our clients home lending needs.
Glen joined the team in 2025 after a career in rural property and water transactions across NSW, which saw him dealing and working with a large range of different farming families and businesses. Glens agricultural experience is derived from four generations of mixed farming in Central West NSW, where he grew up and worked on a dryland cropping property south-west of Narromine. Prior to obtaining his Stock & Station license, Glen learnt the trade of marketing, logistics and grain within a milling business based in Cootamundra that serviced NSW and VIC graziers throughout the drought. In was in this role he established working relationships with farming clients and manufacturers in China. Throughout these experiences, Glen understands that practicing excellent communication, financial and legal knowledge is imperative to achieve successful transitions for his clients. Glen holds a Graduate Certificate in Agribusiness from Marcus Oldham College.
Kylie joined SproutAg in 2025 and brings over 20 years of experience in business management, operations, HR, and marketing across a range of industries. Holding a B.Bus (HR & Marketing) and Dip.Bus (Management), Kylie is recognised for her ability to combine strategic thinking with practical leadership and an analytical mindset. She brings a solutions-focused approach to operational challenges, with strengths in HR and business systems and is well placed to support high-performing teams. Kylie grew up on sheep and cattle properties in the Southern Highlands and Central Tablelands, sparking a lifelong passion for agriculture and regional enterprise. Today, she and her husband run a property near Tamworth, giving her hands-on experience that informs her work with real-world insight. Strongly aligned with SproutAg’s values, Kylie’s diverse skills complement the team’s commitment to excellence and regional growth.
Since the commencement of Sprout, Troy Constance has been the Managing Partner of Southern NSW Riverina alongside his role as the CEO. Troy has a wealth of knowledge through his prior agribusiness banking experience and is very passionate about assisting family farming businesses grow. Coming from a farming background, Troy is dedicated to helping the agri sector develop and grow, prospering into future generations. Troy has a particular interest in alternative finance and funding solutions, recognising that there is a finite period of time to increase ones wealth. He acknowledges the importance of utilising this time and believes it’s vital to have the right business advisors surrounding you.
David Charge commenced with Sprout in May 2016 as the Managing Director of Central NSW. David holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics at the University of Sydney and brings a wealth of operational and financial expertise to Sprout Agribusiness. David’s extensive leadership experience across the financial services industry has seen him involved in a cross section of Australian farming operations including Australia’s largest farming family’s and Corporate Agribusiness clients. David’s experience spans a broad range of agribusiness industries across Australia, representing all parts of the supply chain. He is an agribusiness operator in his own right and is dedicated to assisting the industry prosper and evolve.
